The notice has to be on Form 19, Notice of proposed entry to premises. Minimum standards

The property must have every one of these in place when the tenancy starts, and you must keep them working for the whole tenancy. These are the minimum security standards in regulation 12B of the Residential Tenancies Regulations 1989, a term of every agreement under section 45 of the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 since 1 July 2015.
