LeaseDock vs PropertyMe
They’re built for different people. PropertyMe is software for real estate agencies, with trust accounting for rent held on behalf of owners. LeaseDock is for owners and operators who manage their own rentals and rooms, and it never holds money. An agency can use both: PropertyMe for the trust account, LeaseDock for the rooms.

Can LeaseDock replace PropertyMe for an agency?
No. PropertyMe holds an agency’s trust account, and LeaseDock has no trust accounting and never holds money. I own my rentals. Do I need trust accounting?
Not if the rent is your own income, paid into your own account. Trust accounting is for agents holding money on behalf of owners. That is why LeaseDock leaves it out.

No. PropertyMe has an owner and tenant app with a web portal. LeaseDock has a free portal for renters; owners don’t log in, and get the emails you choose to send them.
